Another Day, Another Dollar
Here’s a little rough sketch I did during my work break three-ish weeks ago. Work is great, but it’s usually super busy.. kids are running around in excitement, staring in awe at all the trampolines, or rummaging through the ice cream cabinet. (Just incase you were wondering)

Once again, I have neglected this wonderful little place and got myself carried away on the Gram (@tkkdout, for those who haven’t already!)
So what’s been happening?
In between, moving out, fending for myself and beginning the final year of uni, I have done a buttload of doodling. I’ve had a nice creative surge in the last month and have developed a very close relationship to my sketchbook(s) -playa alert- I’ve been trying to refine to a style I like, which is difficult as I tend to jump from different styles depending on how I feel.
This particular sketch was one of the earlier doodles I did where I thought to myself ‘Hey good looking, this is cool. We can roll with this’. I’ve started to clean up this style and whatnot, but I’ll let the pictures/updates do the talking!
Anyway cool cats, I’m gonna leave it at that.. this is far too much writing for a non-arts student to be doing. Mad props if you’ve read this far.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here - Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah Happy New Year, etc etc. For those who have missed me dearly and wondered where I’ve been, Instagram has slowly become my new home to my artworks and designs. But I’m back! So woo welcome back to me,
Anyway, I recently got a job at Bounceinc but was also asked to do some design work for them, which is what you see here. Had good fun doing this and the place here is kickass.

Wooden Toy Quarterly
So my semester is done, finally, and this was a little something that came out of it, which was right out of my comfort zone.
I had to do an all nighter at uni and ended up staying there for 36 hours. Can’t say it was the best fun I’ve had, but hey, my friend made me pink pancakes that morning.

This was a little flyer I done did a couple of weeks back for TightRope. Whipped up a fun design for a fun occasion: drinking!
Unless you have a serious drinking problem, in which case, it is not fun.

My mate said I should post more often on here so here’s a little something I put together - backstage shenanigans of my last poster.
I already had the idea and general composition pretty solid in my head (most of the time I usually do a bit of brainstorming/sketching), so getting it down wasn’t too hard.
The first image is my initial sketch, which was pretty much thumbnail size and super rough. Since I have my trusty wacom, I moved onto Photoshop and resketched it with a little more detail. Changed a few things here and there as well. Also played with some colours cos I felt like it.
Then it was pretty much the final outlining and colour. I used an extra layer to create the outline for the little detaily bits and adjustment layers for colouring to help make life easier. Other than that it’s nothing too serious. Woooo
